Welcome to Japanese Traditional Knives TOSA HAMONO Website！

It has been 100 years since our Founder, Juzo Kajiura established Ishizuchi Agricultural Machinery in early Taisho-era. He handled such a wide range of metal products, starting from farm machines and tools used in the mountains, sea, rivers, and enlarged to the house ware and kitchen ware. After that, Juzo Kajiura finally decided to choose and focus on traditional Japanese knives which had over 400-year history and were manufactured by blacksmith  in his homeland TOSA area.

TOSA knives are manufactured by forging high hardness steel  high heat elastic steel.
